CEO
Vanessa leads operations, systems architecture, organizational strategy, and fundraising at Olera Health, overseeing care coordination design and internal execution. She attended Johns Hopkins SAIS and Harvard University and has worked closely with founders and executive teams to build systems and scale efforts across mission-driven organizations. Her work centers on reducing care fragmentation and strengthening long-term patient outcomes through coordinated infrastructure.

Fardin is a Go-to-Market expert with a background commercializing complex data storage and management solutions, developed during his time at Bentley University. He joined Olera Health to apply his "0 to 1" expertise toward a mission that goes beyond traditional B2B business models. He is focused on creating direct, positive impacts for patients living with diabetes and hypertension, helping them navigate treatment plans and improve long-term health outcomes through innovative technology solutions.

Ericardo leads product and healthcare technology strategy at Olera Health. He is an MBA candidate at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a graduate of Harvard University. He has built and scaled healthcare and education technology products and brings deep experience across healthcare consulting, policy research, and public sector systems. His work centers on improving care access, navigation, and adherence through AI-enabled platforms.
